JBA's Major Achievements This Year Cannot Be Separated From the Personality of the Best Leader in 2022

All the achievements of the JBA auction house this year cannot be separated from the figure of a team leader who is very good at monitoring all of its members. Through great dedication and high leadership from a leader both in branches and head office, JBA has experienced significant development in providing the best service for consumers and fellow JBA employees.

This year, JBA gave great appreciation to the two best leaders who have successfully led their teams both in the HO and branches. For this appreciation, JBA conducted a survey of 360 employees including superiors, subordinates and colleagues from every leader in operations and branches. This assessment uses 2 major indicators, namely core competency and leadership. The two indicators have various objective assessments as follows:

1. Core Competency

• Be Humble.
• Respect People.
• Be a good corporate citizen.
• Go & see for yourself.
• Frequently hold meetings & explore failures.
• Be competitive & innovative.
• Zero tolerance for work politics.
• Totally focus on customers.
• Meritocracy.

2. Leadership

• Coaching & Counseling.
• Good manners.
• Creating a comfortable working atmosphere, where all employees feel welcome and valued regardless of their background.
• Able to delegate tasks according to the role and capacity of the team.
• Able to provide direction and evaluation of targets that have been given, so as to provide an objective assessment of employees.

Based on the long and detailed assessment above, JBA finally won the two best leaders for 2022, this award went to:

- Best leader 2022 Head Office: Maharani Pratiwi Sabarina as Business Relations Section Head.

- Best leader 2022 Branch: Sulaeman Ali as Head of the Jakarta Raya Branch.

Hopefully, this award can motivate other leaders to continue to be good role models for their members and provide good development for the company so that a collaborative and comfortable work environment continues to be created.
